How do I get started?
The system is built in 4 layers, so you have:
Project a, Project b
Activity(a), activity (a), activity (a). activity (b), activity (b), activity (b)
Underactivity (a1), Underactivity (a2) ….
You can only register time on activities – so in level 3 and 4.
If you, for example, want to register time on a vacuum cleaning, it could look like this:
27th of June:
in the bedroom, in the kitchen and in the bathroom
If you also want to scrub the floors the subjects of your time registration could look like this:
27th of June:
Vacuum cleaning and Scrub:
Vacuum: in the bedroom, the kitchen and the bathroom. Scrubbing: in the kitchen, the hall and the living room
The number of projects and activities is just an example. You can have as many activities and subactivities as you want every day. Projects and activities can only be created in the web version of IPW TimeReg®. If you send your specific information to us, we can create them in your system for you.

How do I register working hours on the app?
When your projects and activities are registered for the app, you pick the activity you want to register time on:
First, you pick the date, then the project and then the activity. Click ‘Enter time’, pick the time on your date, scroll to the number of hours and minutes, you want to register and click ‘Submit’. Now the time you have used on an activity in a project is registered on the app. If you also have the web version of the system of IPW TimeReg®, the time is also registered there. From there it can be sent to approval.
What if I make a mistake and write something wrong?
If you only have the app, you can always correct your time in it. If you also have the web version of IPW, you can only correct hours on the dates that say they are ‘Open’ or ‘Rejected’. You can’t correct time that is sent for approval = ‘waiting’, or that has been approved = ‘Approved’.
How do I send my hours of work to approval?
You can only do this from the web version of IPW.
On the app, you can see what all your time has been spent on if you go out to its opening page and pick ‘Weekly report’. Here you can filter reports of weeks, days, projects and activities.
